In Phone Support
We provide support over the phone. In many cases customer have very minor problems and the best and quickest solution is phone support.
Remote Support
We will remote into your computer and while the customer is in the phone(optional) we will assist you. Any mayor problem with the computer like viruses, freezing or problems with programs not running or running poorly.
Devices
We work on most devices. Smart Phone, Tablets, Smart TV, Smart Speakers, Desktop and Laptops.
Device Configuration
We help you configure you technology devices. If you need help connecting to your speaker or to your TV we will assist you.
Virus Removal
We are able to remove malicious software like viruses and potential unwanted software.
Our service pricing structure is a guidance we have to go by in order to charge customers.
Phone support is quarterly. Every 15 minutes we will add 15 dollar to the bill. Minimum is 15 minutes
Due to the amount of devices some will take longer than others. At this point we will discuss pricing with the customer.
